Wilaade has looked after my father very well over the last six months. Their staff are lovely, very friendly and kind and they always raise concerns over his health if they have any. They have also supported him with his walking when in-person NHS physio support was not provided. They have always
 come – no matter how hard pushed they were for staff in midwinter due to the pandemic. The only issues we have are over timing, with some visits close together whilst others are further apart but I think this is a reflection on Bedford traffic at the moment rather than on them.
